1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Pawluxpets.com ("Seller") and customers ("Buyer"). By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have read and agree to these terms.
Pawluxpets.com is an online store specializing in premium pet products — beds, toys, leashes, harnesses, and accessories for dogs and cats.
2. Orders & Contract Formation
Orders are placed via www.pawluxpets.com. A purchase contract is formed upon the Seller's email confirmation of the order. The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of stock unavailability or pricing errors.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in Czech Crowns (CZK). The Seller is not registered as a VAT payer, so prices do not include VAT.
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and bank transfer.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. We ship within the Czech Republic and to EU countries:
- Czech Republic: standard shipping 72 CZK, estimated delivery 7–16 business days. Free shipping on orders over 1,500 CZK.
- Europe (EU): standard shipping 188 CZK, estimated delivery 7–16 business days. Free shipping on orders over 1,500 CZK.
A tracking number will be sent by email after dispatch.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under Czech Civil Code §1829, Buyers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving goods, without stating a reason. Contact info@pawluxpets.com to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
6. Complaints & Warranty
All products carry a 24-month statutory warranty. To file a complaint, email info@pawluxpets.com with a description and photos. Complaints are resolved within 30 days.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Czech law. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) oversees consumer protection.
