Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period, which means you can request a return within 30 days after purchasing an item.

An item is only eligible for return if it is in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags or labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom-made products, personal care products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges Return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union (§1829 Civil Code / EU Directive 2011/83/EU) If goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, with original tags and packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, you'll be refunded within 14 days using your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
